SensorCheck™2.5.3 - App Store

The AIRMAR SensorCheck(TM) App, paired with the TDT1000 Transducer Diagnostic Tester, compares the performance of a transducer in the field to its original AIRMAR factory specifications.

Simply install the SensorCheck(TM) app on your Bluetooth LE-enabled smart device, connect to the TDT1000, and get started! Accurately test both traditional and CHIRP-ready transducers that operate at frequencies ranging from 10 kHz to 500 kHz. With CHIRP-ready models and any traditional models 1kW and above, the TDT1000 will automatically read XducerID(R) features, such as transducer model, frequency, part number, serial number, total run time, and maximum internal ceramic temperature.

When the test is complete, an IN RANGE or OUT OF RANGE determination is made and test reports are automatically generated. Results can be emailed or texted directly to the boat owner or an AIRMAR technician. SensorCheck(TM) enables technicians to automatically submit warranty information to AIRMAR.

The TDT1000 kit includes test unit, TDT Test block, power supply, break-out box for bare wire transducers and carrying case. Additional OEM Test Cables required (sold separately).

Test results are consolidated into three easy-to-read pages accessed by swiping the screen.
SensorCheck™ now accesses your device’s camera to read the bar code on the cable label for easy identification of the serial number, model number, OEM Test Cable required and automatically sets the test parameters and begins testing.
Drop-down menus are now populated with popular sounder brands and models for quick selection of the electronics interfaced to the transducer.
All product details from XducerID® are prepopulated into the test results screen.
AIRMAR Certified Installers can log into the App to document who ran the test and what day the installation was done, then quickly submit the warranty information.
Test results are protected from editing by anyone other than the original ACI. Different ACI’s may edit results only after signing into the SensorCheck App. 2.0 03/30/2021 manages unsupported part number format
